This is one of our favorite products within the TOUGH GIRL brand.  The best way to use this bodybuilding/lengthening mascara, which contains rich black fibers, is to apply your first coat in long, quick sweeping movements....wait about a minute... and apply a second coat.  This will allow the first coat to act as a primer and help the second coat of tiny fibers to adhere beautifully to your lashes, producing a long lush look to your lashes!
